How to Steam your Momos – from Frozen

1 Give your steamer a little spray on the inside with cooking oil
2 Bring half a saucepan of water to the boil
3 Add your frozen momos to the steamer – vegetarian
4 Or Beef momos
5 Place the steamer on the saucepan and the saucepan lid
6 Steam for 16 minutes

SERVE with soy sauce, Tibetan tomato and hot chilli sauce, salad and crusty bread

How to Fry & Steam Your Beef Momos – From Frozen

Cook our momos from frozen. Its so easy.

1 Add a tablespoon of your cooking oil to a frying pan on medium heat
2 When hot, add your frozen momos
3 Cook till brown on the bottom
4 Add boiling water to almost cover the momos
5 Add a lid and steam for 15 minutes until momos are cooked through

SERVE with soy sauce, Tibetan tomato and hot chilli sauce, salad or crusty bread
