10 x Potato & Mushroom Vegan Momos – Frozen Pack
Handmade vegan momos – made with potatoes, mushroom, onion, carrot, spring onion and wheat flour, they are delicious, simple and healthy.
Eat with soy sauce and chilli sauce, or whatever you like!
Cook from frozen:
1 Give your steamer a little spray on the inside with cooking oil
2 Bring half a saucepan of water to the boil
3 Add your frozen momos to the steamer – vegetarian
4 Or Beef momos
5 Place the steamer on the saucepan and the saucepan lid
6 Steam for 16 minutes
SERVE with soy sauce, Tibetan tomato and hot chilli sauce, salad and crusty bread
