10 x Spinach & Ricotta Vegetarian Momos – Frozen Pack
Handmade momos – made with spinach, ricotta, wheat flour, cabbage, carrots, they are delicious,,simple and healthy.
Eat with soy sauce and chilli sauce, or whatever you like!
Cook from frozen:
1 Give your steamer a little spray on the inside with cooking oil
2 Bring half a saucepan of water to the boil
3 Add your frozen momos to the steamer – vegetarian
4 Or Beef momos
5 Place the steamer on the saucepan and the saucepan lid
6 Steam for 16 minutes
SERVE with soy sauce, Tibetan tomato and hot chilli sauce, salad and crusty bread. Delicious.
Suitable for vegetarians. Contains dairy and gluten.
